2010-2011 Travel Hockey Announcement

We are pleased to announce that beginning with the 2010-2011 Season, the Kansas City Fighting Saints and the Kansas City Junior Outlaws have come together for the formation of a new joint travel hockey program.  Travel teams will be offered in the Squirt through Midget - Major age divisions, with the Squirt through Bantam teams intending to play in the MO Hockey league (St. Louis league) and the Midget teams continuing to play in the Midwest High School Hockey League.

For interested Squirt - Bantam parents and players:

·         July 21, 6:30 P.M. at Ice Sports Arena - informational meeting

·         July 22, 6:30 P.M. at Line Creek Community Center - informational meeting

·         July 23, 24, 25 - Pre-tryout conditioning camp at Ice Sports (attendance strongly encouraged)

·         Aug 14th and 15th (Line Creek) and Aug 18th (Ice Sports) tentative tryout dates.

Additionally, the coaches for the 2010-2011 season:

·         Midget Major - John Hosty

·         Midget Minor - John Hosty

·         Bantam - Jeff Madill, assisted by Matt Kiegerl

·         Peewee - Jeff Madill

·         Squirt - Les Rye, assisted by Matt Kiegerl

The new travel program will be jointly overseen by a travel committee comprised of members of the Boards of Directors of both the Saints and Outlaws.  In the meantime, please direct questions to:
